Shipping Information
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 5 working days
Orders may not be packed and shipped on the same day, so you will only receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
If you item arrives and is damaged or defective in anyway, please contact us at hello@nevermorecvlt.com with photographic evidence as well as your order number.
Returns Policy
Unfortunately, we can only accept returns if your item has arrived damaged from postage.
